Duties:
- Serve as a personal assistant to the office manager and provide administrative support
- Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing documents
-Schedule inspections with building departments
Experience:
- Previous experience as admin assistant preferred
- Clerical skills, including data entry and file management
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using software such as QuickBooks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
