La Bonne Patisserie is a micro bakery on North Main Street Durango, CO. We are professional, engaging and supportive. We source seasonal, local produce to create unique pastries, desserts, and bread.
Be part of Durango's newest bakery. We focus on supporting local producers, whether that is buying local produce and flour, or wholesaling our products to local eateries.
Early risers are a must. Shifts start at 6AM. This is mainly a counter service position: customer service, positive attitude, and money handling is a must. Other duites may include: assembly of desserts, pastry production, bread shaping, knife skills, and food preparation. Previous customer service experience is necessary. Professional kitchen experience is not required. We are open for retail Wednesday -Sunday, and weekend availability is required. No overnight work required. Part time- 6AM-12PM Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

- Follow recipes and execute in the time allotted
- Able to stand, squat, kneel, and bend. Working on feet for 8+ hours per shift.
- Able to lift and move 50-60 pounds
- Passion for continued learning and improvement
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
