Supervises 2 or more Team Leaders in different shifts, or 5 or more Team Leaders in one shift, and directs resources as required, guaranteeing always the continuous improvement process execution as the main strategy. Oversees the planning, scheduling, setup, and running of production activities. Manages the dispersal and distribution of materials for production. Maintains labor and material requirements to meet the daily production schedule. Coordinates with Team Leaders of production support staff; communicates expectations and provides direction and training. Monitors work performance and provides feedback. Coordinates maintenance of production equipment. Oversees process control and quality process control.

Reducción en budget de SCRAP.

Generar proyectos de Ahorro.

Mantener el índice de accidentabilidad dentro de objetivo.

Cumplimiento a los requisitos del sistema de Calidad (LPA, Auditorías).

Cumplir con el plan de desarrollo de operadores.

Correcta Administración del Personal, elaboración de matrices de entrenamiento.

Elaboración de A3 de OEE, SCRAP y Gastos.

Auditorías de Calidad y Seguridad.
Required Skills and Education
Ingeniería Mecánica, Industrial, Mecatrónica o afín. 3 años de experiencia en la industria automotriz. Administración de maquinaria: tornos, centros de maquinado, rectificadoras, soldadoras. Conocimientos de procesos de Suave y Duro, Maquinado, Soldadura, CNC (nivel básico), interpretación de planos, GD&T, Problem Solving (nivel alto), Core Tools, Sistema Calidad ISO.
