As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the management team and staff, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, including employee files, inventory lists, and financial documents.
- Assist with inventory management and procurement activities, including ordering office supplies and maintaining stock levels.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members as needed.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives, including event planning, marketing campaigns, and community outreach efforts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a manufacturing or food industry setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Quickbooks) and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues, customers, and vendors.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
