Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Youth Advocate. The Youth Advocate will be responsible for providing support, guidance, and resources to youth facing various challenges such as mental health issues and trauma. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to youth empowerment and advocacy, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What you will be doing to make a difference:

Spending time with and supervising 9 youths in a small home like environment

Providing support and encouragement to youths
-
Assist youths with their service goals including homework help, coping skills and behavior management
-
Acting as a positive role model to support youths’ wellbeing
Schedule:
Wednesday 11pm to 7am
Thursday 11pm to 7am
Saturday 11pm to 7am

Requirements:
The desire to work with youth
Valid MA driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Experience working with youth
Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Child Development, or Teaching
