The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the physical condition of the rental units prior to occupancy and for the general upkeep of the property interiors, exteriors, etc. He/She will be required to handle emergency calls, as necessary. The Maintenance Technician follows a planned preventative maintenance schedule and follows up with residents/tenants after repairs are complete.
Property Management is looking for the following:
MINIMUM 5+ years of maintenance experience REQUIRED in the residential and commercial industry
HVAC Certification-Preferable
Must have experience with Plumbing, Electrical, Appliance Repair, and General Maintenance
Assist with completing service requests, make readies and upgrading apartments
Must be willing to be on call per schedule and alternate schedule
Assist with various projects
Bilingual is a PLUS, but not required
Must have reliable transportation ( TRUCK) with active vehicle insurance
Must have Active and Valid Drivers License
Must Be authorized to work in the U.S
Must be willing to travel Occasionally (expenses Paid)
40 Hours weekly may go over depending on emergencies
Background and Credit check will be conducted
