Through strategic online efforts, the Online | Social Customer Specialist engages with our audience, builds relationships, and drives traffic to our online platforms and physical store locations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to drive engagement and sales.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
- Manage online advertising campaigns to optimize reach and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics and online performance to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in social media marketing, digital advertising, and content creation.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Familiarity with website management platforms like Wix and Velo.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns for performance.
- Passion for scuba diving or willingness to learn about diving products and services.
**Compensation:**
At Mars Scuba, we value the contributions of our Online | Social Customer Specialists and offer competitive compensation. You will start with a competitive hourly rate of $18-20. In addition to your base pay, you will earn commissions on both online sales and contributions to overall sales growth, significantly enhancing your earning potential. Based on performance, we anticipate that the combined salary and commissions will equate to approximately $22-25 per hour. This structure rewards your creativity and digital marketing expertise, reflecting our commitment to supporting your success while enjoying the thrill of scuba adventures with special pricing on scuba classes and diving gear.
