Part-Time Temporary Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for staff and clients.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, updating information as needed.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as required.
- Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients, visitors, and team members.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent;college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative role or similar capacity is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Part-time position, 15-20 hours per week.
