```Duties```
- Prepare and cook pizzas and all other food on the menu according to established recipes and procedures
- Monitor food quality and ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection
- Prepare ingredients such as dough, sauce, and toppings
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

- Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Math: Basic math skills for measuring ingredients, calculating cooking times, and handling cash transactions
- POS (Point of Sale) system: Experience using a POS system for order processing and payment handling
- Sales: Strong sales skills to upsell menu items and provide excellent customer service
- Culinary: Knowledge of culinary techniques, including dough stretching, sauce spreading, and proper pizza assembly
- Upselling: Ability to suggest additional menu items or upgrades to enhance the customer experience
- Food service: Understanding of food service regulations and best practices for maintaining food quality and safety
- Bussing: Ability to clear tables, clean dining areas, and assist with overall restaurant cleanliness
