- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Train, mentor, and coach customer service representatives
- Monitor performance metrics and generate reports for management review
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer service processes
- Implement policies and procedures to optimize customer interactions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience in recruiting, training, and managing staff
