ASI Corp is seeking an aggressive and goal-oriented Business Development Manager in our Chicago (Itasca, IL) office. A Business Development Manager is to develop and execute sales strategies to increase current sales revenue, customer base and expand into new markets.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full life cycle operation of the dedicated brand’s Agricultural Drone products and own P&L
- Work closely with vendor's cross-functioning teams, plan and drive the execution of sales, after-sales service, marketing, training and logistics
- Market research, including understanding customer and competitor in Agriculture field, to better define the sales and marketing strategy.
- Manage purchase, sales and inventory with vendor, including system operation and data management.
- Define the product sales and channel development and growth target, track and manage target achievement
- Proactively involve in new customer recruitment and market development with vendor and sales team
- Training sales team as well as resellers base as a subject matter expert
- Meet and beat vendor expectations with satisfactory level of performance
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree
- Min 2 years of experience in Agriculture Equipment sales or product management.
- Familiar with U.S. agricultural market and policy
- Have crops knowledge
- John Deere related work experience and channel resource is a great plus
- Strong interest in agricultural drones
- Experiences in Enterprise drone helps
- Strong communication skills
- A self starter
