Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering calls and emails from customers regarding HVAC inquiries and issues
- Schedule inbound appointments for customers with our technicians
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain and update customer database with relevant information
- Outbound Calling and scheduling leads for our sales and service team members
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college coursework preferred
- Ability to work evenings 10am to 7pm
