Office Coordinator responsibilities include:
· Internal support works directly with firm management to help execute the vision for the firm and keep the firm running at an optimized level.
· They provide support to other firm departments but are responsible for executing the internal objectives of the firm.
· The scope of this position is wide in that it collaborates with many other positions but must remain very focused on a few key priorities in order to maximize effectiveness.
Job brief:
● Helping with internal Finances (accounts receivable, accounts payable, etc.)
● Helping with HR (collecting resumes for new positions)
● Helping manage IT/Firm Infrastructure/Operations
● Setting up client folders (from a technical perspective)
● First point of contact on the phone/In person (but then leverages the rest of the team for client requests if not something to handle internally)
● Maintaining and managing firm’s assets via the calendar
● Support Firm Management with Internal Projects or “Special Projects” for clients.
● Liaison between firm and outside service vendors
● Oversight of tax return assembly process (along with Firm Management)
Responsibilities:
· Assisting and supporting firm management in executing operational objectives.
· Providing excellent customer service: the ability to be patient, empathetic, accurate, compassionate, responsive, resourceful, and conscientious.
· Supporting other departments when needed but not managing or taking responsibility for objectives that are part of other roles.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $25.00 per hour
