Client Service Coordinator
We are looking for a Client Service Coordinator to perform a variety of secretarial and administrative tasks. The primary responsibility of the Client Service Coordinator is to effectively communicate with clients and staff to ensure the timely completion of tax and accounting projects. This will be accomplished by providing support to clients and other team members, assisting in daily office needs, maintaining appropriate filling systems and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and have basic computer skills. If you have previous experience as a Secretary or an administrative assistant and familiarity within the tax/accounting space, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful Client Service Coordinator should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Responsibilities
- Run the front desk
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the communication and management of workflow between staff members
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain a filing system
- Maintain contact lists
- Provide general support to clients
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Skills
- Proven experience as a client service coordinator, secretary, administrative assistant, or office admin assistant
- Knowledge of common office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment such as computers, printers, scanners, and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word in particular)
- Basic understanding of MS One Drive and Outlook is preferred.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Bachelor's degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
