CFC has a need for a Corporate Relations Program Administrator to join the Corporate Relations Group. This is a hybrid position requiring onsite work at our headquarters office in Sterling, VA, as well as optional remote workdays. The Corporate Relations Program Administrator provides operations support for corporate relations programs which enhance CFC’s visibility and reputation throughout the membership and industry. This position oversees the Board of Directors orientations and new Director elections, as well as provides support for senior management.
As a Corporate Relations Program Administrator, you will:
- Serve as program administrator and business application owner, acting as the primary CFC member and CFC staff contact point for assigned programs.
- Monitor and analyze assigned fund financials, produce accurate and timely reporting of program status and administer member transactions.
- Prepare allocation calculations, reconciliations, and processes applications for assigned Funds and Grants.
- Support the new Board Director election process by soliciting candidates, registration, and supporting the election process.
- Oversee orientation for new Board Directors by creating agendas, presentation materials, and coordinating refreshments and transportation.
- Prepare and maintain reports, Board memos, department subscriptions, and meeting agendas and minutes.
- Serve as point of contact for Senior Management including managing digital communications, mailings and correspondence, meeting materials, handling visitors, and resolving routine and complex inquiries.
To be successful, you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 5 years of corporate relations experience in a member engagement capacity.
- Finance/accounting experience is preferred.
- Program management experience preferred.
- Proven ability to deliver superior customer service.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Advanced knowledge of the cooperative business model.
- Able to maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidences.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Highly motivated and takes initiative with minimum supervision.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
