HOA Deed Restriction and ARC Coordinator (Single Family)
Salary: $19-21/hr.

Rise is seeking a curious, and dynamic Deed Restriction and ARC Coordinator capable of managing a team, nurturing strong client relationships, creative problem solving and maintaining our robust culture of service and accountability. As the Deed Restriction and ARC Coordinator you are accountable to our clients and to our team of managers to establish standards and help our homeowners protect their property values and ensure a strong understanding of HOA Governance is communicated when interacting with homeowners Your day-to-day operation will include property drives, sending out violation notices, responding to resident calls, ARC requests and giving guidance regarding. We have teams to support each property, we need you to provide the guidance and leadership to ensure success. To excel in this role, you must have attention to detail. The Deed Restriction and ARC Coordinator requires a “find a way” mentality, strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with many competing priorities..
Core Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Deed Restriction Compliance Enforcement
- Conduct regular visits of properties within the homeowners association (HOA) to ensure compliance with deed restrictions, architectural guidelines, and community rules.
- Document and report any violations or non-compliance issues observed during inspections.
- Communicate with homeowners to address and resolve deed restriction violations, guiding corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of site visits, violations, and correspondence with homeowners.
- Assist in the enforcement of HOA policies by implementing appropriate penalties or fines for non-compliance.
Architectural Review Coordination
- Receive and review architectural review applications submitted by homeowners for exterior modifications or additions.
- Ensure that architectural review applications are complete and include all required documentation and information.
- Coordinate and schedule architectural review committee meetings to assess and discuss proposed architectural changes.
- Facilitate communication between homeowners, the architectural review committee, and other relevant parties during the review process.
- Provide guidance to homeowners on the architectural review process, including submission requirements and design guidelines.
- Work closely with the architectural review committee to ensure consistency in the application of architectural guidelines.
- Document and maintain records of architectural review decisions, including approvals, denials, and conditions.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- 1-3 years of property management experience;
- Working knowledge of deed restrictions, architectural review, and Homeowners Associations
- Ability to use Excel and create spreadsheets. Worked with Microsoft Office, Data entry, reconciling reports.
- Well-developed Customer Service (people) skills, including telephone skills • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must be detail oriented, organized, and know how to prioritize
Education/Certification Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

Physical Requirements:

Typical Working Conditions:
- Works 50% in the field and 50% indoors.
- May be required to work any time of the day, evening, or night during the week and/or weekend

Pay: $39,500.00 - $43,600.00 per year
