JOB DUTIES:

Duties include, but not limited to interacting with guests in a healthcare setting and managing administrative tasks for the medical team.

Scheduling patient appointments according to Doctor availability, explaining intake forms to new patients.

HIPPA compliance.

Answering phone calls, making and cancelling patient appointments.

Process copays.

You will be the face of the front office, must have courteous and friendly demeanor in office and professional phone etiquette.
We are a high volume new private practice and multitasking is a priority.
