The Human Resources Generalist has a portfolio that includes responsibilities in benefits and compensation and HR Tech. This includes but is not limited to managing and/or implementing: part-time faculty employment and pay; collective bargaining agreement pay changes in Banner primarily for part-time faculty; tuition remission; support data requests; and Banner maintenance; and assigned HR projects.
This is an entry level, full-time, at-will, administrative, exempt position that reports to the Director of Compensation and Benefits. This position is a hybrid position with on-site attendance required 3 days of the work week.
