Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Rural Head School Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching and fostering a positive learning environment for students, with book-study, and an on-hands teaching approach.

Duties:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that adhere to the school's curriculum K-6, for 13 students
- Create a supportive and engaging classroom atmosphere for students
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on their academic performance
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student learning and development
- Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles - create lesson plan for each student, know their learning style
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- State teaching certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom setting
- Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development for K-6
