Wooldridge Construction Group is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for our office located in Southern Indiana. Job Requirements: Administrative Assistant will provide support to President of the company and work with staff to ensure day to day operations move smoothly. The qualified candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships with current customers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required to interact with associates and clients.
- Must obtain good customer service skills and possess the ability to build relationships with clients and business partners.
- Strong organizational skills needed.
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Some driving is required. Must have valid Drivers license and pass drug test
- Maintain job reports and provide to management weekly.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two or more years office support experience
- 32 hours per week
Administrative Duties:
- Scheduling
- Running errands
- Process A/R and A/P ( Quick books)
- Sorting and sending mail
- Answering and routing phone calls
- Managing social media
- Greeting visitors
