Fire alarm technicians have a wide range of responsibilities, which can include but are not limited to:
Install, program, configure, commission, maintain, trouble shoot, perform diagnostics, and repair of fire alarm systems and fire suppression systems.
Ensure compliance with NFPA, including performing annual device testing for fire alarm systems and complete and maintain all records required by NFPA-72.
