Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team in the Manufacturing Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes. This is a key role that will contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization - Be hands on and active with all employees and leadership
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Excellent active listening and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Skills:
- Data analysis skills
- Payroll experience - Organization design proficiency
- Employment labor law comprehension
