Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
The Career Advancement Program Manager is responsible for coordination and delivery of SCA Health’s career advancement programs. This position assumes a pivotal role in communicating with teammates, preceptors/mentors, and the programs’ key stakeholders, in addition to overseeing day-to-day operations of the program.
Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the program, including pre-boarding, onboarding, recruitment, and continued teammate development, ensuring tasks are completed and deadlines are met.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess program and business needs, identify opportunities to close knowledge or performance gaps, and enhance individual and organizational performance.

Partner with the program’s key stakeholders to set, support, and execute the program’s strategic direction and continued growth.

Develop and implement metrics to accurately assess and monitor the effectiveness of the program.

Ensure that all program materials and communications are current, accurate, and effective.

Function as a liaison between teammates and preceptors/mentors.

Manage program budget and resources effectively.

Create, review, and maintain program documentation, including policies and procedures in accordance with SCA Health.

Prepare reports and presentations on program activities, outcomes, and achievements.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (Business, Operations, Communication, or related field).

4-5 years of experience preferred.

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with an ability to lead through influence.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Ability to work consultatively and solve problems independently.

Self-directed with a proactive attitude towards managing projects, stakeholders, and deliverables.

Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.

Strong organizational, time management, and conflict management skills.
