Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls, transferring callers as appropriate
- Greeting customers and visitors to the office, ensuring guests are comfortable and are connected with the right office personnel
- Managing schedules for customers and employee
- Monitoring and ordering inventory for office and break room supplies
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, mail and packages
- Filing and organizing records, employees file, customers file and other important documentation
- Submitting and checking employee 's timesheets
- Verify customers' information and ensure proper documentation is completed, Enter patient information into system.
Qualifications:
- Good communication skill with different groups of people inside or outside the company
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft
- Mandarin speaking is required
- Can work independently and as a team
