Position Summary: We’re currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to our company’s growth, focusing on generating new business opportunities and building solid pipelines for our sales team. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Actively reach out to potential clients in the home services industry via cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and by attending trade shows and conferences to generate new leads.
- Sales Pipeline Development: Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and networking events as sales opportunities, managing the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of prospective clients.
- Client Relations: Build strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored digital marketing solutions to enhance their business growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategic outreach plans that align with company goals and increase client engagement.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities within the home services sector to identify new business opportunities and improve outreach strategies.
- Performance Tracking: Utilize CRM tools to track interactions with prospective clients, analyze the effectiveness of outreach strategies, and report on sales development metrics.

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably within the digital marketing or home services industry.
- Willingness and ability to travel to trade shows and conferences for networking and lead generation purposes.
