Our client, a wholesale distribution company is looking to hire a Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative for their location in the Raleigh, NC area. The ideal candidate would need at least 2 years of Customer Service experience for this position. Responsibilities include assisting walk-in customers with inquiries regarding our services & products. Answer incoming calls, resolving customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently.
The Day-to-Day:
- Assist customers with product information.
- Complete the necessary paperwork.
- Utilize data entry skills to update customer records accurately.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette at all times.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma.
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus (Bilingual/Multilingual).
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy.
- Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Prior experience in sales is highly preferred.
Pay Rate/Shifts:
- $19.00 to $20.00 /hr
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
