Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and inspect damaged vehicles to provide accurate repair estimates.
- Collaborate with customers, insurance companies, and technicians to ensure smooth repair processes.
- Utilize industry-leading software and tools to create comprehensive repair plans.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and repair techniques.
- Maintain excellent customer service and communication throughout the repair process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Auto Body Shop Estimator.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair procedures and estimating software.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- ASE or I-CAR certification is a plus.
