Job Description: As a YouTube Content Creator and Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for developing, producing, and managing engaging video content for our YouTube channel. You will also create and implement social media strategies to enhance our brand visibility and engage with our audience. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a passion for art, storytelling, and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Develop and produce high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing video content for our YouTube channel.
- Plan and execute video shoots, including scripting, filming, editing, and post-production.
- Collaborate with the art team to showcase our artworks, projects, and events creatively.
Channel Management:
- Manage and optimize our YouTube channel, including video uploads, thumbnails, descriptions, tags, and playlists.
- Monitor channel analytics and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Respond to comments and engage with the YouTube community to build a loyal audience.
Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to promote our YouTube content and increase brand awareness.
- Create and schedule posts across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok) to drive traffic to our YouTube channel.
- Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly to stay ahead of the curve.
Collaboration and Outreach:
- Collaborate with influencers, artists, and other content creators to expand our reach and create mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Identify and reach out to potential collaborators and sponsors to enhance our content and brand presence.
Brand Representation:
- Represent our brand and values in all content and interactions.
- Ensure all content aligns with our brand identity and maintains a consistent visual and thematic style.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a YouTube content creator, video producer, or similar role.
- Strong video production skills, including filming, editing, and post-production.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Familiarity with YouTube analytics and SEO best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
