Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Sales Manager to lead our wholesale operations. This role encompasses a blend of sales growth responsibilities and exceptional account management. The ideal candidate will focus on enhancing revenue from existing accounts and expanding our wholesale portfolio through strategic engagement and innovative customer service strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and innovate strategies to maximize revenue from existing wholesale accounts.
- Actively identify and pursue new wholesale opportunities to expand our client base.
- Onboard new wholesale clients, ensuring a seamless integration into our business processes.
- Provide outstanding customer service, swiftly resolving issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Manage customer shipments and coordinate logistics with the production team.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their orders.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and optimize overall sales strategies.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Nina Wynn products to effectively communicate value and uniqueness to clients.
- Attend trade shows, take orders, and travel to training events.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- Prepare regular performance and progress reports for management review.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record as a Sales Manager or Account Manager, ideally within the wholesale jewelry or luxury goods sector.
- Strong aptitude for customer service and relationship building.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a keen eye for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as necessary to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
