Lead Generation Associate – Location: On-site
IDX sets the industry standard for order fulfillment, custom screen printing, embroidery, and full-color signage. We have a talented team of professional designers and in-house production staff to meet the vast needs of our customers. Our Sales Team uses a partnership approach to connect with potential clients through strategic outreach and development. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support business development initiatives and contribute to our company's growth.
As a Lead Generation Associate, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining a deep understanding of our company’s products to communicate our value propositions effectively. Success in this role will be demonstrated by implementing strategies for generating leads, setting discovery meetings, expanding the customer base, and meeting sales quotas. The ideal candidate is a high-energy, highly motivated, results-oriented professional with a proven lead generation track record.
· Research and identify new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
· Confirm key contacts and other opportunities within the target customer organization.
· Conduct outbound calls and targeted outreach to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
· Clearly articulate product or service features and benefits to potential customers.
· Overcome objections and effectively address concerns to move prospects through the sales funnel.
· Establish and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.
· Follow up with leads consistently and nurture relationships to build trust.
· Schedule Sales-Qualified “Discovery” Meetings.
· Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
· Continuously update and maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
· Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, progress, and challenges.
· Provide feedback to the management team on customer concerns, market trends, and competitor activities.
· High School diploma or equivalent.
· Experience in a sales or customer experience field preferred.
· Self-motivated, strong communication skills, persistence, resilience, and GRIT.
· Passion for learning and enthusiasm for development.
· Good with people: Requires excellent phone skills, writing, listening and the ability to connect and influence others.
· Results-driven mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.75 - $41.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
