If you have a FL 440 or 220 License, at least 6 months of insurance experience we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct insurance sales consultations to understand clients' needs.
Present and explain insurance policy options to potential clients.
Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain client relationships.
Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
Keep accurate records of prospects and customers in our customer management system to facilitate long term relationships and communication with customers.
Meet and exceed weekly premium and policy targets.
Qualifications:
FL 440 or 220 License is a must.
Minimum of 6 months of insurance sales experience.
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Experience using agency or customer management systems is a plus.
Bilingual English and Spanish
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
