Job Summary:
We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative ( English/ Spanish speaker) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with inquiries, and promoting products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist customers with product selection and purchases
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
- Provide information about products, promotions, and pricing
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish is a MUST
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and customer service best practices
- Previous experience in retail sales or jewelry sales is a plus
- Previous Logistics is a plus
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations effectively
- Strong knowledge of retail math for transactions
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Familiarity with stock management procedures is beneficial
- Experience in appliance sales or related fields is a bonus
