Accounting / Office Assistant -
We are seeking an Accounting / Office Assistant to join our growing team. As a key member of the Accounting team, the Accounting Assistant should have strong attention to detail and be highly organized. This position will be full-time employment
Responsibilities for the Accounting Assistant:
* Have experience in Job Costing and Auditing
* Accurately enter invoices into database
* Assist in random tasks as requested
* Make various errands
* Match invoices and resolution questions from outside vendors
* QuickBooks experience 1 year
* Sage experience 1 year
* Prepare daily batch out reports
* AP/ AR functions
* Update inventory in company database
* Accurate Data Entry Skills
* Client Service Excellence -Required
**Must be proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel and low level IT
**Experience in the construction or insurance industry preferred
Salary between 35k-45k/year depending on experience
