Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication, relationship building, and strategic sales initiatives.
Duties:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, outside sales, or technology sales
- Fluent in Spanish is a requirement
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent sales and negotiation abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
