CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE:
THE COMPANY:
Our client specializes in providing their members with a wide range of financial products and services. They are seeking a CALL CENTER REP to join their team located in the HOBBY AIRPORT area.
This position is a PERMANENT role, Monday-Friday w/rotating Saturdays, and an hourly rate of $18/hr.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience working within a call center and credit union.
*100% IN-OFFICE**
*MUST BE SPANISH BILINGUAL**
THE EXPERIENCE:
The CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE will…
- Answers telephone and email inquiries from members including but not limited to loan and deposit services; credit, debit, and ATM cards; account information, transfer requests, stop payments, check supplies, process payments and any other member request concerning products and services of the credit union.
- Evaluates member’s needs and articulates the features and benefits of products and services and provides the member with available options.
- Assist members with origination of loan applications.
- Maintain a call wait time of less than 5 minutes
- At least 10 credit card applications per month
- 30 loan applications per month
THE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be fluently bilingual in English and Spanish
- Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor when faced with high demand/high volume workloads.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year call center experience, credit union experience preferred.

- $18/hr
- MONDAY-FRIDAY, PLUS rotating Saturdays
