CRNA - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

Position: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Sign on and Relocation Assistance, ~25k combined
Responsibilities:
- Independently administer anesthesia to patients of all ages across the lifespan
- Perform pre-anesthetic assessments, develop anesthesia care plans, and monitor patients throughout procedures
- Demonstrate proficiency in regional anesthesia techniques, including spinal and epidural anesthesia
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in ongoing education and training initiatives
- Uphold highest standards of patient safety and quality care
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) in Nebraska
- Certification as a Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA)
- Successful completion of CRNA board certification
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
