Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Duties
❖ Answer incoming phone calls and direct to appropriate person
❖ Monitor admin email address and respond/forward as necessary
❖ Maintain company installation department calendar
❖ Create new job files and maintain accordingly
❖ Run job cost and billing reports as needed
❖ File permits and manage final inspection process
❖ Enter all pertinent job/inventory information into company ERP software
❖ Register all residential equipment following installation
❖ Purchase 3/5/10 year extended labor warranties for installation department
❖ Create and email and/or mail installation department invoices
❖ Process credit card transactions for installation department (back-up for service dept)
❖ File PO’s, invoices, etc. into appropriate job files
❖ Prepare warehouse job files for installation department
❖ Submit payroll hours for installation department
❖ Other miscellaneous duties as requested by management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
