Receptionist for Colonial Cadillac of Woburn
In this role as a receptionist/appointment coordinator you will, answer phones, take messages, set appointments. confirm appointments, cashier out customers for our very busy service and parts department ( learn our DMS - Automate ), reconcile the deposit at the end of shift. you will be responsible for receipting in deposits from customers, filing service repair orders, faxing paperwork for payment for extended warranties, along with follow up calls to warranty company. Manage the spare keys for sales. Fill-out used vehicle record book, and various administrative support tasks.

Responsibilities
Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers
Set and confirm daily service appointments
Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams
Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Experience as Receptionist or Administrative in Corporate setting
Microsoft Office Suite and Word preferred
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work well with others
