We are looking for a part time office / personal assistant preferably in the morning, to assist in accounts payable / receivables and personal tasks.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Daily data entry in QuickBooks
- Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
- Assist other office personal with basic tasks: scan documents, filling out forms, etc.
- Make appointments, travel, screening phone calls, ect.
- Understanding of data and personal confidentiality principles is essential. I will rely on you to help me in the office.
A/R:
- Follow up with customers on overdue A/R
- Send invoices to customers
- Deposit checks & input payments in QuickBooks.
A/P:
- Print invoices and statements
- Check receipts against monthly statement
Skills
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
