Position: Location Manager / Project Manager
Location: South Denver
Why This Role?
- Compensation Package:
- Commission: 8% of revenue from sold and managed projects, with unlimited earning potential
- Base Pay: $4,000 for the first 30 days while in training
- Draw: $4,000 for the next 30 days while building a pipeline of business
- Bonuses:
- Quarterly Bonus: 1% of revenue based on a minimum 45% gross profit
- $50 for each 5-star review
- Total Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 per year

Role Overview:
As a Location Manager at That 1 Painter, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and growth. Your responsibilities will include meeting with customers in-home to estimate projects, ensure customer satisfaction, close new and repeat business, and achieve budgeted sales goals in your territory. This role requires relentless follow-through and consistent communication with prospects, clients, vendors, and partners, as well as daily in-person appointments with both customers and referral partners.
Key Responsibilities - Will include, but are not limited to:
- Proactively network and generate 50% of your leads; the rest will be provided
- Meet with prospective residential and commercial clients, provide accurate project estimates, and close on the spot
- Develop and manage schedules and operational plans for painting projects
- Ensure projects are kept on schedule and within budget, delivering quality results that meet client expectations
- Quickly identify and resolve potential issues
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
- Establish and enhance the location’s online reputation on platforms such as Google, Yelp, Facebook, and NextDoor
- Actively network and promote That 1 Painter
- Build strategic relationships with realtors, property managers, and other partners to drive growth
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales or Project Management – Experience in home services is preferred but not required
- Strong ability to build relationships and drive sales
- Proven track record of establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with teammates, managers, subcontractors, and clients
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and reliable
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with personal computers, smartphones, and software programs
- Willingness to learn the That 1 Painter systems and paint products/services (training provided)
- Experience in budget control and job cost forecasting
- Ability to answer complex paint-related questions (training provided)
