A Real Estate organization is looking for an ambitious Administrative Assistant to join their growing team! This opportunity is full-time in person, and this company is looking for someone to grow into the job.
About The Role:
Reception Duties
- Answer phones, directing calls to accountants and managers as needed. May include recording tenant and guest concerns and following up with managers as necessary.
- Sort incoming mail and post out going mail appropriately.
- Correctly tracking sensitive mail and following up as necessary
- Track, maintain, and organize office supplies through multiple vendors
- Maintain company subject files for important documents
Human Resources
- Intake of new employee files ensuring all necessary paperwork is included and properly filled out
- Onboard new employees in health insurance and life insurance benefits as necessary
- Following termination protocol for outgoing employees including cancelling benefits in line with employee law
- Ensuring compliance with State and Federal laws regarding insurance and Workers Compensation
- Filing and maintaining employee worker’s compensation claims
- Reporting insurance claims and acting as point of contact for insurance agencies
Executives
- Assist Executives in daily affairs including:
o Writing letters for both personal and business matters.
o Communicating between executives and lawyers in personal and business matters
o Running local errands as necessary
o Assisting with purchases and returns of personal items
Qualifications of the role:
- Previous Administrative Experience (2 years minimum)
- Able to come into the office everyday
- A bachelor's degree is required
- Ambitious, hard working and reliable

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
