Position Summary
The Parts Coordinator’s responsibility is to provide internal and external customer support by delivering exceptional responsiveness to all service requests. They will assist in order processing, inventory management, and all functions of parts maintenance in a timely and professional manner. The pay range for this role is $20.00-$22.00 an hour.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Process parts orders as requested by technicians.

Utilize resources to purchase parts at best available price point.

Process core returns and RMA’s.

Purchase order tracking.

Complete Technician Inventories
-
Receive stock orders in system
-
Restock Technician on-hand stock.

Assist with warehouse and inventory management.

Maintains clear communication with Operations Center and Technicians

Ensure timely delivery of orders, returns.
Qualifications and Experience

Positive, professional attitude and a team player

Oral and Written Communication Skills

Intermediate computer knowledge, especially in Microsoft Office programs and in desktop technology

High School Diploma or equivalent G.E.D.

Familiar with online ordering processes

Strong time management & organization skills

Background in printers/ copiers, inventory, purchasing or warehouse preferred.
