```Duties```
- Perform diagnostic evaluations to assess patients' hearing and balance disorders
- Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments, including pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, and tympanometry
- Interpret test results and provide accurate diagnoses
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with hearing loss or balance disorders
- Fit and dispense hearing aids and assistive listening devices
- Provide counseling and education to patients and their families on hearing loss management and communication strategies
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in audiology research and technology
```Skills```
- Strong knowledge of medical imaging techniques related to audiology
- Proficient in the physiology of the auditory system and balance mechanisms
- Familiarity with aseptic techniques for maintaining a sterile environment during procedures
- In-depth understanding of human anatomy, particularly the ear and related structures
- Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations using various tools and equipment
- Excellent knowledge of medical terminology related to audiology
