Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
- Provide excellent customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Transcribe and type documents as needed
Skills:
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software
- Experience in office administration and receptionist duties
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Knowledge of dental receptionist procedures (preferred but not required)
- Front desk experience in a professional setting (preferred but not required)
This position is a 10 hour shifty as phones are answered from 7am to 9pm Monday thru Friday. Must be able to work till 9pm if scheduled
