The company is on a growth trajectory, which is an exciting time to join. We are looking to hire a Senior Project Administrator to assist the Chief Operating Officer and oversee the pre-construction efforts to help facilitate project success. In addition, they will be responsible for building rapport and serving as a point of contact for clients while troubleshooting escalated issues and delegating solutions. The Senior Project Administrator will also oversee direct reports, which will manage the administration of several projects.
The full-time schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. from the corporate office in Annapolis, MD. Living within a reasonable driving distance of Annapolis is required.

Position Responsibilities
- Assist the Chief Operating Officer with client and personnel management
- Creatively troubleshoot escalated issues
- Create and document new processes and procedures
- Prepare and present updates and proposals to clients and staff
- Conduct in-person customer and project management site visits
- Participate in interviewing, hiring, and training new employees
- Provide general project management support
Position Requirements
- At least four years in the management/coordination of residential construction or remodeling projects
- Knowledge of residential construction/remodeling project scopes and pricing
- Possession of a solution-oriented mindset with willingness and enthusiasm to troubleshoot and create solutions
- Ability to delegate tasks appropriately
- Strong time management and follow-up skills
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to present and lead client and staff meetings
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Sway and BuilderTrend is a plus
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel to job sites and vendor locations within a 5-10 mile radius in Annapolis, MD
Compensation
- Base salary of $80,000+. We determine offers based on experience, knowledge, and capabilities.
