Responsibilities:
- Office Cleanliness:
- Ensure all remote workspaces and virtual office environments are kept clean and organized.
- Manage and maintain digital filing systems, ensuring all documents and files are properly organized and accessible.
- Perform regular virtual inspections to ensure that digital spaces and collaborative tools are orderly and efficient.
- Maintenance:
- Monitor and manage digital tools and software, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning properly.
- Conduct regular checks and maintenance on IT equipment, such as laptops, servers, and peripheral devices, to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Coordinate with IT support to address and resolve any technical issues promptly.
- Inventory Management:
- Track and manage IT equipment inventory, ensuring all hardware and software assets are accounted for and in good condition.
- Maintain an inventory database and ensure all items are properly logged and monitored.
- Assist in the procurement of new equipment and supplies as needed.
- Workspace Optimization:
- Assist in setting up and optimizing remote workstations for employees, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on best practices for maintaining an organized and efficient remote workspace.
- Implement and promote organizational policies and procedures for maintaining digital hygiene and security.
- Support and Coordination:
- Provide remote support to employees for IT-related housekeeping tasks, such as organizing files, managing emails, and troubleshooting minor technical issues.
- Coordinate with the IT team to ensure all remote employees have access to the necessary resources and support.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating virtual meetings and events, ensuring all digital tools and platforms are prepared and functioning correctly.
Requirements:
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications or coursework in IT or office management are a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in office management, IT support, or a related field.
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with digital tools and platforms, including Microsoft Office Suite and remote collaboration tools.
- Basic understanding of IT equipment and troubleshooting.
