Timoney Knox LLP, a prominent Montgomery County law firm, is searching for an experienced legal assistant to support attorneys who handle wills, estates, trusts and estate administration. Responsibilities include:
- prepare and manage correspondence
- schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- proofread and edit legal documents
- handle incoming mail and calls
- assist with drafting various legal documents, including powers of attorney, wills, living wills, trusts, agreements, affidavits and pleadings
- set up and maintain organized electronic and paper client files
- electronic filing with the courts
