We’re growing our Housekeeping Team and are looking for candidates to help fulfill our vision of delivering unforgettably positive human interactions for all people.

The Responsibility: Collaborate with ALL hotel teams to deliver amazing guest experiences by giving people exactly what they want even before they ask for it. Contribute to maintaining a friendly and warm atmosphere for all people coming through our doors.
By the way, you’ll also have technical responsibilities such as:
- Ensuring all guest rooms of the hotel are prepared, presented, and staged to the highest standard of cleanliness, tidiness, and neatness.
- Ensuring laundry production is sufficient and timely
- Ensuring that all supplies, procedures, and amenities are compliant with brand standards.
- Picking up trash and debris, taking service items to guest rooms (TV remotes, towels), offering a helping hand to breakfast and maintenance teams.
The Measure of Success: How well you can “WOW” our guests in the areas of guestroom cleanliness, bathroom cleanliness, laundry productivity and helpfulness, and by coming up with everyday solutions that go beyond the expectations of what they need.
To “WOW” people, you must knock their socks off by being the friendliest, most helpful, and most hospitable human being they have ever encountered in a hotel!
