Caswell Realty Company, a leading real estate firm headquartered in Suwanee, GA, is expanding its operations to Birmingham, AL, and seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team. This position will be based in our new office space in Birmingham and will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our data management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
- Enter and update information in databases and spreadsheets.
- Prepare and organize documents for data entry.
- Verify accuracy of data input and correct any errors.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Assist with administrative tasks and support team members as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in data entry or a related role preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and Word.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of real estate industry terminology is a plus.
