Our office is seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible to:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk area
- Provide administrative support such as filing, faxing, and organizing documents
- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Coordinate with other staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Handle patient’s inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Transcribe medical notes and maintain confidentiality of patient information
